FlippX, Inc. ("FlippX," "we," "our," or "us") operates the FlippX digital rewards and engagement platform, which includes the FlippX mobile application, website, and all affiliated online properties, including social media pages and integrated services (collectively, the "Platform").

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains:

1. Information We Collect

FlippX collects information to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform; personalize your experience; deliver digital rewards; enhance engagement features; and ensure the safety and integrity of our services. The categories of information we may collect include:

a. Personal Information

Personal Information refers to data that can directly identify you or reasonably be linked to your identity. This may include:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Mailing or billing address
  • Date of birth or age verification details
  • Profile information provided during account setup
  • Payment information (processed securely through authorized third-party providers; FlippX does not store full payment card numbers)

Where permitted and enabled by you, we may also collect precise geolocation data for purposes such as eligibility verification, location-based restrictions, fraud prevention, and compliance with local laws.

b. Device and Technical Information

We collect information about the devices and technology you use to access the Platform, which may include:

  • IP address
  • Device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, GAID, UUID)
  • Device model, manufacturer, and operating system
  • Browser type, settings, and language preferences
  • Mobile carrier or network provider
  • App version, installation source, and diagnostics
  • System performance data, including crash logs and error reports

This information helps us optimize Platform performance, detect fraudulent activity, and maintain system stability.

c. Usage and Interaction Data

We automatically collect data relating to your interactions with the Platform, such as:

  • Features, pages, and screens you view
  • Buttons, links, and content you click or engage with
  • Time spent within various sections
  • Engagement with digital entertainment features
  • Participation in promotional reward activities
  • Referral activity and invite interactions
  • General (non-precise) location information such as city, region, or country
  • Analytics from in-app behavior to improve user experience

This data allows us to personalize content, improve engagement tools, and enhance safety and performance across the Platform.

d. Biometric Data (Optional)

FlippX may offer features that allow you to upload a photo or provide facial data for the creation of customized digital avatars ("Avatars"). If used, biometric-related data may include:

  • Facial images provided voluntarily
  • Device-based facial mapping (if supported by your device settings)
  • Avatar customization attributes derived from uploaded images

Important safeguards:

  • Submission of biometric data is completely optional.
  • Users may create avatars without providing biometric inputs.
  • Biometric data is stored securely, used only for avatar personalization, and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
  • You may delete your avatar data at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

2. Personal Data

To access certain features on the FlippX Platform—such as creating an account, participating in digital engagement activities, earning promotional rewards, or using enhanced personalization tools—you may be required to provide specific personal information ("Personal Data").

FlippX collects and uses Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • Account Creation & Management
    To create, authenticate, and maintain your FlippX account, including profile settings, preferences, and activity history.
  • Identity & Eligibility Verification
    To confirm that you meet age, jurisdiction, and eligibility requirements and to prevent unauthorized or restricted access.
  • Providing Platform Services
    To deliver, optimize, and customize the Platform's digital entertainment features, engagement tools, virtual coin systems, and promotional reward offerings.
  • Customer Support & Communication
    To respond to inquiries, provide troubleshooting assistance, deliver important service updates, and send transactional notices related to your account.
  • Safety, Security & Fraud Prevention
    To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity; protect the Platform's integrity; and ensure a safe environment for all Users.
  • Legal & Compliance Obligations
    To comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, location-based restrictions, reporting obligations, and law enforcement requests where required.
  • Optional Marketing & Engagement Communications
    To send offers, product updates, promotions, and engagement-related messages, where permitted by law and based on your communication preferences.

User Consent

By submitting Personal Data to FlippX—whether provided directly during registration or indirectly through interactions such as profile updates, support requests, engagement activities, or social features—you consent to the:

  • Collection
  • Use
  • Processing
  • Storage
  • And allowable disclosure

of your Personal Data as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw or modify your consent at any time where permitted by law, though doing so may limit your ability to use certain Platform features.

3. Biometric Data

FlippX may offer optional features that allow Users to personalize their experience by generating custom digital avatars using uploaded photos or device-supported facial recognition tools ("Biometric Data"). Biometric Data may include:

  • Uploaded photographs
  • Facial geometry or mapping data processed by your device
  • Expression patterns used to generate avatar characteristics

Use of these features is entirely optional, and you may access avatar customization tools without providing any Biometric Data.

Purpose of Collecting Biometric Data

Biometric Data, when provided, is used solely for:

  • Creating personalized avatars
  • Enhancing in-app engagement and entertainment features

Biometric Data is never used for:

  • Advertising
  • Marketing
  • User profiling outside avatar creation
  • Data resale or sharing unrelated to avatar functionality

FlippX does not use Biometric Data to identify you personally, verify your identity, or make automated decisions.

Legal Basis

Your explicit, prior consent is required before collecting or processing any Biometric Data. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and doing so will not affect your ability to use the Platform.

Storage & Third-Party Processing

FlippX does not store or retain Biometric Data on its servers. Where applicable, avatar creation may be facilitated through trusted third-party service providers that:

  • Process Biometric Data only to generate avatars
  • Delete Biometric Data after the avatar is produced
  • Are contractually prohibited from storing, reusing, selling, or sharing the Biometric Data
  • Must follow strict industry-standard security and privacy requirements

Once the avatar is generated, the associated Biometric Data is either:

  • Deleted immediately, or
  • Processed only within your device (depending on the feature and device type)

FlippX does not maintain Biometric Data for long-term storage and does not permit service providers to retain such data.

User Control & Deletion

At any time, you may:

  • Delete your avatar
  • Remove uploaded photos
  • Disable biometric-based features
  • Request confirmation of deletion

FlippX will ensure that any associated Biometric Data is removed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

4. Device Information & Usage Data

Whether or not you choose to provide Personal Data or Biometric Data, FlippX automatically collects certain technical information when you access or interact with the Platform. This includes Device Information and Usage Data, which help us maintain performance, improve functionality, enhance security, and optimize the overall user experience.

The types of information we may collect include:

Device Information

  • IP address
  • Device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, GAID, device UUID)
  • Device model, manufacturer, and hardware specifications
  • Operating system, version, and platform type
  • Browser type, version, and language preferences
  • Mobile carrier or internet service provider

Usage Data

  • Features, screens, and pages accessed within the Platform
  • Buttons, menus, and content you interact with
  • Session duration and time spent in specific areas
  • General location information (city, region, country)
  • Performance analytics, including loading times
  • Crash logs, error reports, and diagnostic events
  • Engagement metrics from digital entertainment features
  • Referral interactions and in-app navigation patterns

How We Use Device & Usage Data

FlippX uses this information to:

  • Improve overall Platform performance, speed, and reliability
  • Enhance user experience and personalize recommendations
  • Analyze usage trends, engagement patterns, and feature effectiveness
  • Detect, diagnose, and correct bugs, crashes, or technical issues
  • Develop new tools, entertainment features, and digital reward systems
  • Prevent fraud, monitor suspicious activity, and protect Platform security
  • Support internal analytics, research, and operational improvements

Aggregated and Anonymized Data

FlippX may aggregate or anonymize Device Information and Usage Data so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual User.

Such aggregated data may be used for:

  • Analytics
  • Platform optimization
  • Research and development
  • System performance monitoring
  • Reporting and business insights

Anonymized data is not considered Personal Data and may be used without additional notice.

5. Information Shared With or Received From Social Networks

The FlippX Platform may allow you to link your FlippX account with third-party social networking services ("Social Networks") such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple, or X (formerly Twitter). If you choose to connect your account, FlippX may receive certain information from your Social Network profile, depending on your permissions and the specific platform's policies.

Information we may receive includes:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Social media username or handle
  • Profile photo or avatar
  • Public account details
  • List of friends or connections (only if explicitly authorized by you)

The exact information shared depends on your privacy settings with the Social Network and the permissions you grant when linking accounts.

Social Sharing Features

The Platform may also provide features that allow you to interact with your Social Networks directly, such as:

  • "Like," "Share," or similar engagement buttons
  • Posting your activity or achievements to your social feed
  • Inviting friends to join FlippX

By using these features, you authorize FlippX to:

  • Send certain information to the Social Network
  • Receive the information you authorize the Social Network to share with us

Your activity on Social Networks will be governed by your settings and privacy controls on those platforms. FlippX does not control how Social Networks use, store, or share your data.

User Responsibility & Consent

By linking a Social Network to your FlippX account, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Information shared with FlippX is subject to this Privacy Policy
  • Information shared with the Social Network is governed by that network's privacy policy
  • You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting your privacy settings on the Social Network
  • FlippX is not responsible for how third-party platforms manage your information

Important Disclaimer

FlippX does not automatically share your personal information with Social Networks. Sharing only occurs when:

  • You choose to connect a Social Network
  • You use a feature that intentionally posts or shares content
  • You authorize the Social Network to exchange information with FlippX

6. Sharing of Information

FlippX respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose your Personal Data to third parties for their own marketing purposes under any circumstances.

However, there are specific, limited situations in which we may share Personal Data, Usage Data, or other information ("Information") as described below.

6.1 Legal Compliance & Protection of Rights

We may disclose your Information when required or permitted by law, including:

  • Responding to subpoenas, court orders, warrants, or other legal processes
  • Complying with regulatory requests, audits, or government investigations
  • Protecting our legal rights or defending against claims
  • Meeting tax, financial reporting, or compliance obligations

In such cases, FlippX may assert or waive legal objections and privileges as allowed under applicable law.

6.2 Risk Mitigation, Security, & Platform Integrity

We may share Information when necessary to protect users, the Platform, or FlippX, including:

  • Investigating, detecting, or preventing suspected fraud
  • Preventing unauthorized access or misuse of the Platform
  • Enforcing our Terms of Use and other policies
  • Protecting the rights, property, or safety of FlippX, our users, employees, or the public

This may include sharing relevant Information with trusted security partners or fraud-prevention services.

6.3 Business Transfers

If FlippX engages in a corporate transaction such as:

  • Merger
  • Acquisition
  • Sale of assets
  • Corporate restructuring
  • Financing
  • Bankruptcy or dissolution

your Information may be disclosed or transferred to the acquiring or succeeding entity. Any such transfer will be subject to reasonable confidentiality protections, and the receiving party will be required to honor the commitments described in this Policy.

6.4 Service Providers, Processors & Avatar Technology Partners

We work with carefully selected third-party service providers who assist us in operating or improving the Platform. These providers may have access to your Information only to perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • Hosting and cloud infrastructure
  • Data analytics and performance monitoring
  • Customer support tools
  • Payment processing (for Virtual Currency purchases)
  • Avatar creation technologies (including processing of Biometric Data)
  • Security and fraud prevention services

All service providers are contractually obligated to:

  • Use Information solely to perform the services we request
  • Maintain strict data protection and confidentiality standards
  • Comply with applicable privacy and security laws
  • Never retain, reuse, or share Biometric Data outside the scope of avatar creation
  • Never sell or use your Information for their own purposes

FlippX does not grant service providers independent rights to use or disclose your Information beyond what is necessary to support the Platform.

7. Chat Privacy Policy

The FlippX Platform includes an optional Chat Feature that enables Users to communicate with one another in real time. The following terms describe how chat-related data is collected, used, stored, and governed.

7.1 Information Collected Through the Chat Feature

When you use the Chat Feature, FlippX may collect and process certain information necessary to operate and secure the service, including:

  • Messages sent or received, including text, emojis, and file attachments
  • Date, time, and metadata associated with each message
  • Usernames, profile information, and identifiers of chat participants
  • Moderation data related to reporting, abuse prevention, and violation detection

This information is used to operate and improve the Chat Feature, support safety and moderation efforts, prevent misuse, enforce Platform rules, and maintain system functionality.

7.2 Ownership and License to Chat Content ("Chat Materials")

You retain ownership of the content you transmit through the Chat Feature ("Chat Materials").

However, by sending or submitting Chat Materials, you grant FlippX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to:

  • Store and retain Chat Materials
  • Reproduce and transmit Chat Materials as needed for Platform operations
  • Display Chat Materials to intended recipients
  • Use Chat Materials for security, moderation, and abuse-prevention purposes
  • Support system performance, diagnostics, and customer support

This license exists solely to operate, maintain, improve, and protect the Platform. FlippX does not sell or publicly distribute your Chat Materials.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to share all content you post or transmit
  • Your Chat Materials do not violate intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights
  • Your submissions comply with these Terms and applicable laws

7.3 Prohibited Use & Enforcement

The Chat Feature may not be used to:

  • Share illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content
  • Harass, defame, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Disseminate misinformation or malicious content
  • Violate confidentiality or contractual obligations
  • Promote unauthorized commercial activity or solicitation

Violations may result in:

  • Chat Feature suspension
  • Account restriction or termination
  • Loss of access to Platform services
  • Reporting to relevant authorities when required by law

FlippX reserves the right to:

  • Remove, restrict, or modify access to Chat Materials that violate policies
  • Monitor or review chat content for safety, security, and moderation purposes
  • Use automated tools to detect harmful or prohibited behavior
  • Share necessary information with moderation partners or service providers

7.4 Confidentiality, Security, and Retention

Please note the following:

  • Chat messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Authorized personnel or trusted service providers may access chat logs for moderation, safety review, technical diagnostics, or customer support.
  • You should not share sensitive personal data (e.g., financial data, government IDs, health-related information) through the Chat Feature.
  • Chat Materials may be retained in accordance with FlippX's data retention policies and applicable legal requirements.
  • Chat content may be disclosed when legally required, such as responding to subpoenas, protecting user safety, or complying with law enforcement requests.
  • FlippX takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard chat-related data but cannot guarantee that communications will remain completely confidential.

8. Automated Data Collection & Cookies

FlippX uses a variety of automated tools and tracking technologies to improve Platform performance, analyze usage patterns, maintain security, customize user experiences, and support the functionality of our digital engagement features. These technologies allow us to recognize returning users, optimize interactions, and understand how the Platform is accessed and used.

The technologies we may use include, but are not limited to:

8.1 Cookies

Cookies are small data files stored on your browser or device. FlippX uses cookies to:

  • Remember your preferences and account settings
  • Maintain session functionality
  • Support login authentication
  • Analyze Platform usage and performance
  • Improve navigation and user experience
  • Provide relevant content and features

Most browsers accept cookies by default. You may modify your browser settings to block or delete cookies; however, doing so may impact Platform functionality or limit certain features.

8.2 Web Beacons (Clear GIFs / Pixel Tags)

Web beacons are small graphic files embedded in webpages or emails that help FlippX understand how users interact with our content. We may use web beacons to:

  • Measure the effectiveness of emails (e.g., opens, link clicks)
  • Monitor behavior within the Platform
  • Support analytics and performance insights
  • Improve communication relevance and user engagement

Web beacons typically operate with cookies or similar technologies.

8.3 Mobile Identifiers and SDKs

In mobile environments, we may use Software Development Kits ("SDKs") and mobile device identifiers to:

  • Collect device-specific identifiers (e.g., Apple IDFA, Android Ad ID)
  • Monitor app usage, crashes, and performance
  • Enable secure authentication and account functionality
  • Obtain general, non-precise location information
  • Improve app stability, features, and user experience

These mobile technologies serve similar purposes to cookies but are tailored for mobile applications.

8.4 How These Technologies Are Used

The information collected through automated tools may be used to:

  • Enhance Platform reliability, speed, and usability
  • Analyze aggregated activity patterns
  • Diagnose issues and improve stability
  • Personalize certain Platform features and content
  • Support security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection
  • Facilitate internal analytics and product development

FlippX does not use automated tracking technologies to collect personally sensitive data without your consent.

8.5 Consent to Tracking Technologies

By accessing or using the FlippX Platform (or interacting with emails sent by FlippX), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Cookies, web beacons, SDKs, and similar tools may be used as described in this Policy
  • These technologies help support essential Platform functions, analytics, and personalization
  • You may manage your cookie settings through your browser or device settings
  • If you disable certain tracking mechanisms, some Platform features may not function properly.

9. Personal Data Retention

FlippX retains Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including:

  • Providing access to and maintaining the Platform
  • Supporting your account and delivering requested services
  • Preventing fraud and protecting Platform security
  • Complying with legal, tax, regulatory, and reporting obligations
  • Enforcing our Terms of Use and resolving disputes
  • Conducting internal audits and quality assurance

Once Personal Data is no longer required for these purposes, FlippX will delete it or transform it into anonymized, non-identifiable form in accordance with applicable laws and our internal retention policies.

Retention periods may vary depending on:

  • The category of data collected
  • Legal requirements in your jurisdiction
  • Ongoing business needs (e.g., fraud records, security logs)

Biometric Data Retention

FlippX does not store or retain Biometric Data (such as facial scans or mapping data used for avatar creation). Where avatar features involve Biometric Data:

  • The data is used solely for generating the avatar
  • The data is deleted immediately after processing
  • Biometric Data is never retained, sold, reused, or shared for unrelated purposes
  • Third-party processors handling avatar generation are contractually required to delete the data promptly and comply with strict privacy obligations

This approach ensures compliance with biometric privacy laws and protects user confidentiality.

Backup Systems & Residual Data

Certain information may persist temporarily in secure backups or logs for a limited period due to:

  • Disaster recovery protocols
  • Security auditing requirements
  • System integrity safeguards

Such data is automatically purged according to scheduled retention cycles and is not used for active processing.

10. Privacy and Security

FlippX is committed to safeguarding your Personal Data and maintaining the security and integrity of the Platform. While certain information is necessary for account creation and Platform functionality, you may choose whether or not to provide specific types of data—such as Biometric Data or optional profile information.

We use a combination of administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These safeguards may include:

  • Encrypted data transmission
  • Secure server environments
  • Access controls and authentication systems
  • Firewalls and intrusion detection tools
  • Monitoring for suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Regular security testing and audits

Despite these measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and FlippX cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Your Acknowledgment and Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You transmit data to FlippX at your own risk
  • No security system can prevent all potential breaches
  • FlippX cannot be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from:
    • Transmission errors
    • Device-level compromise
    • User negligence
    • Interception by malicious third parties

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring the security of your personal devices. You should notify FlippX immediately if you suspect:

  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Loss or theft of login information
  • Misuse or improper handling of your data
  • Any activity that appears fraudulent or suspicious

How to Report a Privacy or Security Concern

11. Children's Privacy — Minors Under 18

The FlippX Platform is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or retain Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18, and we do not permit minors to use or access the Platform.

If you are under 18:

  • You may not create an account
  • You may not use the Platform
  • You may not provide FlippX with any Personal Data, Biometric Data, or other information

Any attempt by a minor to access the Platform is strictly prohibited.

Accidental Collection

If FlippX becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from an individual under the age of 18, we will:

  • Immediately disable the associated account
  • Delete the data as soon as reasonably practicable
  • Prevent further access to the Platform

Parental or Guardian Notification

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child may have:

  • Created an account
  • Submitted Personal Data
  • Used the Platform in any way

Although FlippX does not target or serve children, we still follow the principles of:

12. Advertising, Affiliate Links & Analytics

FlippX may work with trusted third-party partners who provide analytics, measurement tools, and limited advertising services that help us understand how Users engage with the Platform. These partners assist with:

  • Measuring the performance of app features
  • Identifying usage trends
  • Improving the functionality and stability of the Platform
  • Supporting limited promotional content within or related to FlippX
  • Measuring the effectiveness of FlippX marketing campaigns (not user-targeted ads)

FlippX may also participate in affiliate programs. If you click an affiliate link within the Platform and make a purchase, FlippX may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

12.1 Data Used for Analytics and Measurement

Analytics partners may use technologies such as cookies, pixels, SDKs, or mobile identifiers to collect non-identifiable, aggregated information, including:

  • Device type and IP address
  • Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA, GAID)
  • Operating system and browser information

  • App performance and crash logs
  • Screens or sections visited within the Platform
  • General (non-precise) location information

This data helps FlippX:

  • Improve Platform reliability
  • Understand aggregated user activity
  • Identify issues and optimize performance
  • Evaluate the reach and effectiveness of FlippX's own promotional campaigns

12.2 Advertising Practices

FlippX may display promotional or sponsored content; however:

  • We do not sell your Personal Data.
  • We do not share Personal Data with advertisers.
  • We do not permit advertisers to collect sensitive or identifying information.
  • Any ads shown on or around the Platform are not based on sensitive profiling.
  • No Biometric Data is ever used for advertising purposes.
  • FlippX does not conduct behavioral or interest-based advertising that tracks users across unrelated websites or apps.

Any promotional content you may see is based only on general, non-personal factors, such as app context (e.g., what part of the app you are currently viewing), or broad device-level information.

12.3 Restrictions on Advertising Partners

Advertising and analytics partners engaged by FlippX are strictly prohibited from:

  • Collecting Personal Data directly from the Platform
  • Using data to identify individual Users
  • Combining FlippX information with data gathered elsewhere to profile Users
  • Selling or re-sharing data obtained through the Platform
  • Using Biometric Data for any reason
